Gaze Founder
Her passion started in her primary school with track and field training for various sports competitions. In 2015, she became a professional full-time personal trainer. She has also extended her interest to yoga and Pilates where she was enlightened through yoga and Pilates beliefs to improve her mental health and immensely enhanced her sports performance.
Philosophy
Her Training Philosophy is to combine yoga and Pilates beliefs with
strength training order to create a complementary fitness regime.
